I have not stolen.
ငါသည္ ခိုးဝွက္ျခင္း မျပဳ။

I have not slain men or women.
ငါသည္ အမ်ိဳးသား ကိုျဖစ္ေစ အမ်ိဳး သမီး ကိုျဖစ္ေစ မသတ္ျဖတ္။

I have not stolen food.
ငါသည္ စာေရရိကၡာ ကို မခိုးဝွက္။

I have not swindled offerings.
ငါသည္ လႈဒါန္းမႈ ကို မလိမ္လည္ မလွည့္ဖ်ား။

I have not stolen from God/Goddess.
ငါသည္ နတ္ဘုရား နတ္ဘုရားမ တို႔ထံမွ မခိုးမဝွက္။

I have not told lies.
ငါသည္ လိမ္ညာ မုသား မေျပာ။

I have not carried away food.
ငါသည္ စားေရရိကၡာတို႔ ကို အခ်ည္းႏွီး မစြန္႔ျပစ္။

I have not cursed.
ငါသည္ မႏွစ္ၿမိဳ႕ ဘြယ္တို႔ကို မျပဳ။

I have not closed my ears to truth.
ငါသည္ အမွန္တရားကိုလ်စ္လ်ဴရႈ ျငင္းပယ္ သူမဟုတ္။

I have not committed adultery.
ငါသည္ အိမ္ေထာင္မႈ ေဖာက္ျပန္သူမဟုတ္။

I have not made anyone cry.

MA'AT သည္ တိုရာ Torah, (ေသာင္ရတ္သ္) က်မ္း ပါ ပညတ္ေတာ္ ၁၀ ပါး (တမန္ေတာ္ မူဆာ/မိုးဇက္ (စြ)) မတိုင္ခင္ ႏွစ္ေပါင္း ၂၀၀၀ ေက်ာ္က ရွိခဲ့ေသာ အီဂ်စ္တို႔၏ အမွန္တရား၊ ညီမၽွျခင္း၊ အစီစဥ္တက် ျဖစ္ျခင္း၊ ညီညြတ္ျခင္း၊ ဥပေဒျဖစ္ျခင္း၊ အက်င့္သိကၡာႏွင့္ တရားမၽွတမႈ၏ အေျခခံ အယူအဆျဖစ္ေပသည္၊ Negative Confessions (အျငင္း ဝန္ခံ မႈ) ဟုလည္းေခၚေပသည္။
MA'AT သည္ အယူအဆတခုျဖစ္သလို အီဂ်စ္နတ္ဘုရားမ (Lady Justice) ၏ အမည္လည္း ျဖစ္ေပသည္၊ ေရွးဂရိတို႔ ၏  Themis ဟုေခၚေသာ Goddess of Justice ႏွင့္ အလားသ႑န္ တူေပသည္။
